Order Verification

Every order goes through a payment-verification step before processing begins. Please make sure the transaction reference (UPI UTR / Binance Transaction ID) you submit is accurate — a genuine UPI UTR is always exactly 12 numeric digits — as incorrect references can delay verification and refunds.

Eligible for Refund

• Payment was verified but the ordered Likes package could not be delivered due to an error on our end.
• Duplicate payment made for the same order in error.
• Order cancelled by us before processing has started.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Orders that have already been fully delivered as described.
• Incorrect UID, region, or contact details supplied by the customer.
• Delays caused by third-party game-server issues outside our control, provided the order is eventually delivered.
• Change of mind after successful delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us on WhatsApp at +919749154306 or email [email protected] with your Order ID and payment reference within 7 days of your order. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
